Two Year Program
3 credits: Junior and Senior
Students enrolling in first year welding receive approximately 540 hours of intense welding instruction. In this course students will study Oxyacetylene Welding and Cutting, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding. The second year of Welding allows for and focuses more on in-depth training. Upon the completion of 2 years in the program students will earn 1080 training hours. The instruction will start students on the path for a successful future in the field of welding.
